Take part in the 3rd annual ELMO HR Industry Benchmark Survey, in partnership with AHRI.

The world of work has undergone a sea-change since 2019 when this survey was first conducted. A global pandemic, economic uncertainty, demographic shifts, and constant technological breakthroughs are just a few of the foundational elements that have altered how, where and when work is undertaken.

This year’s survey comes at a time when many organisations are continuing to rebuild following the huge upheavals caused by COVID-19. Employers will be asking themselves critical questions about how these past events will impact the future. What will the lasting impact of COVID-19 be? What opportunities and challenges will present themselves – both now and into the future?

Your contributions to this year’s survey will help establish new 2021 benchmarks based on a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data, which you can subsequently use to gauge how your organisation fares across each functional area within HR, relative to others in your market, industry and/or company size.

We appreciate that your time is valuable, so we want to make sure your investment of time into this survey is worth your while by delivering the region’s most comprehensive insights report. As a guide, this comprehensive industry survey will take you as little as 20 minutes or as long as 60 minutes to complete, depending on the span of your remit across HR and payroll.
